Playtime

One of SEGA's regular kennel volunteers stopped in to see Sahara Sand on Wednesday just for a visit. She took him out in the fenced yard for some ball practice.

He had a great time playing with the ball. She would throw it for him. He would run and chase after it. She said at first he wouldn't return it to her but made no attempt to run as she approached to take it away from him.

At first he was a little overly excited and jumped around. She said his little mouth quivered with excitement until he realized that she was going to throw the ball again for him. After about 10 times he woulstarted d bringing the ball back for some loving dog strokes & attention.

He didn't get the concept of giving her the ball in theat session, but let her take it from him. She feels pretty sure that over time he will give it to her. After their play session, she brushed him and tucked him back into his kennel for a nap. He's such a handsome boy!

Handsome Good Looks

Sahara is a big, muscular pup who has lots of energy and loves to run and play. He is just gorgeous and has a loving personality. His color is so pretty and he is a big goofball of fun. He's looking for his forever home and will make some family a great companion and playmate!
